Sheppard’s Air Rescue is a full-service air conditioning and heating contractor with the ability to service and install complete heating and air conditioning systems. In addition to scheduled service checks, repairing of existing equipment, and installation of new equipment, we can help you find ways to reduce your energy bills through a thorough cost-benefits analysis. When you invest in a new system from Sheppards Air Rescue these are our 10 guarantees:

#1 - GUARANTEED ENERGY SAVINGS – When you invest in a complete Basic, Deluxe, Premium, or Optimum Systems we will guarantee you will, for the first year, save at least 10%, 12%, 25%, or 30%, respectively, over your old system. If during the first year you do not reduce your utility consumption by at least this percentage, we will refund the difference. You must notify Air Rescue immediately if you notice a loss of savings.

#2 - 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE – If during the first year of operation the system is not performing to the manufacturers specifications we will immediately correct the problem. If after we correct the problem and the manufacturers representatives verify the equipment still not operating properly, we will remove the system and refund your money in full. Limited to one year from installation date.

#3 - LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE – Anyone can make something cheaper by cutting corners and pricing it for less. So, it’s important to know what is and is not included in any heating and cooling system you choose for your home. Sheppard’s Air Rescue promises you that you cannot find a licensed contractor with criminal background checked, drug free employees to provide you a comparable installation and with all 10 written company warranties for less… or we’ll refund you the difference plus $50.00. All we ask is the comparison is a published “apples to apples” comparison listing all company warranties and indicating they are a drug free company. Your request must be in writing within 14 days of the signing of this document or installation date, whichever is the earliest. With your request you must include the original published comparison of the competitor showing the “apples to apples” comparison.

#4 - INSTALLATION WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE – Our installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude, workmanship, and have been criminal background and drug tested. They’ll care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. They wear booties (floor savers), clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home and they are polite and courteous. When they have finished in your home, if they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we’ll extend your current Club Membership for an additional 6 months at no charge. All we ask is that you notify the office of your dissatisfaction prior to the installation crew leaving your home.

#5 - BETTER THAN WE FOUND IT GUARANTEE – We realize that most homeowner’s biggest fear is that when a contractor works they will make a mess and destroy their home. Because of the quality of our installation teams, we can guarantee you that we will leave your home BETTER than we found it or we will pay for a cleaning service to come to your home and clean it in its entirety. We are that confident.

#6 - 24-HOUR SERVICE GUARANTEE – We at Sheppard’s Air Rescue will service your air conditioner and furnace 365 days a year, day and night. We don’t take a vacation. Since we are a service company, we have our staff of service technicians rotate on call, including a night shift. What that means to you is we will come to your home and make any necessary repairs 24 hours a day. Even if it’s Christmas, we are there for you.

#7 - TEMPERATURE SELECTION GUARANTEE – We guarantee that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. We have promised a temperature variance of no more than plus or minus three degrees Fahrenheit at your electronic digital thermostat whether heating or cooling your home. If the desired temperature selection is not achieved, we will make any upgrades, modifications, or repairs necessary to reach it at no charge to you for a period of five years as long as you invest in and keep your Energy Savings Agreement continuous.

#8 - EXCLUSIVE “NO LEMON” GUARANTEE – We recognize that not every manufactured piece of heating and cooling equipment is 100% perfect, 100% of the time. Since our customers should expect to receive 100% of the heating and cooling value they’ve invested in, we offer a “No Lemons” guarantee on our Optimum and Premium systems. Simply stated, as long as you invest in and keep your Energy Savings Club Membership Agreement continuous, if your compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first five years, we will install a complete and new outside unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten years, we will install a new furnace. If you’ve ever bought a “lemon” before, you’ll truly appreciate our commitment to your long-term satisfaction.

#9 - 24-HOUR FIX IT OR HOTEL GUARANTEE – Unlike most companies, we are a service company. We have a staff of qualified service technicians that are there to serve you in the unlikely event of your systems having a problem. So our guarantee to you is that when we arrive, we guarantee you that we will have your system up and running within 24 hours of our arrival or we will put you up in the local Embassy Suites for the night.

#10 - NO OVERTIME FOR LIFE GUARANTEE – Since you have invested in one of the state of the art systems with Sheppard’s Air Rescue, our Optimum System, we guarantee for as long as you own the system, there will be no overtime charges EVER for any repairs made to your system, for life.
